Follow the instructions below to set up the 550BN HDMI Switch:
- Plug the AC/DC power adapter into the 550BN, then into a free outlet.
- Connect an HDMI cable to the Output port of the 550BN, and connect the other end to and input on your TV.
- Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI Output of each video device that you want to connect to the 550BN, then connect the other end to an Input port on the 550BN.
- Remove the plastic tab from the battery compartment on the 550BN remote.
The 550BN should now be ready. To test the 550BN, power on the TV and one of
the connected video sources, make sure that the 550BN is switched to the video
source you'll be using, and make sure an image appears on the TV. If there is
no image on the TV, make sure the TV is set to display the Input that the 550BN
is connected to, then check to make sure that all HDMI cables are connected firmly
to their HDMI ports.
